Daphne Caine has served as Member of the House of Keys for Garff since September 2016, being re-elected in 2021. Priorities remain education, the environment and infrastructure. She welcomes contact from everyone in the constituency, which comprises Maughold, Laxey, Lonan, Groudle, the King Edward Road and Lakeside areas of Onchan, plus Abbeylands.
